HOW TO COOK PORK ADOBO (TUTORIAL)
How to cook Pork Adobo
Today I will
teach you how to cook a traditional food of Filipinos, the Pork Adobo in basic
and easy way. I just want to share how I cook Adobo. It is not that so healthy food so I suggest that you should eat
it moderately. But in the other hand, you can use chicken and fish if you want an Adobo with low fat.
Ingredients
1 ½ kg. pork shoulder, cubed
3 tbsp. cooking oil
5 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
6 cloves garlic, minced
5 pcs. bay leave
1 ½ tsp. coarse black
pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 ½ cup water
Intructions:
1. Heat oil in a cooking pot

2. Saute the
garlic until it turns to light brown
3. Add the
coarse black pepper and bay leaves.
4. Add the
pork and cook until it turns to light brown
5. Pour the
soy sauce and water then let boil. Cover and cook in low heat in 40 minutes
until the pork is tender
6. Pour in the
vinegar and let it boil again for 8 minutes
7. Serve and
enjoy!
